DP Artworks gets ready for stampaway 2008

Alrighty, we are chin deep in our latest stamps! We are very excited and can hardly wait to hit the road. Stampaway is held in Cincinnati, OH. Stamp Your Art Out and the fine folks there put on an awesome show. Our booth will be downstairs in the Sharonville convention center. Come find us and say hi! A post of the images will be soon.

Oh, so are you looking for some fantastic classes in, rubber stamping, creating art, or just getting together with like minded people? If you are in the Oklahoma area, or just passing through, check out And Bear makes 3. It is located not far from I-35 on N. Broadway in Moore, OK. The two ladies that own the store are awesome! Are you looking for an interesting website/and blogs...oh of course, I mean, other then this awesome one and dpartworks.net! Therubberreport.com. Oh, and did I happen to mention we are reviewed on that website. Oh yesssssss. It is much more then some random site. There is info on stamp conventions, inks, card stock types, and much, much more. Check it out!

I took a fantastic photo of a couple (of humans) a few weeks ago...and I am making it into a stamp. It has turned out great! It will be a gift for their wedding or pre-wedding. I will be posting new stamps in a few days ( in truth, give me a week...a miracle could happen, but I like the wiggle room.) And on that note, I took a photo of an ironworks art thingy that was hanging in a restaurant, in Port Townsend. Yep, it is now a stamp...or soon will be.

Artfest 2008

Artfest 2008 was wonderful! It is held in Washington at Fort Worden. The Moores once again out did themselves. We have come back totally inspired and ready to get busy creating new works of art. I am looking forward to next year...

But on to new news....Our new images are coming along nicely. They will be posted soon....ahhhh....be looking for them.
